Our Altar, this year was as beautiful and well attended as always. The food was awesome and the day filled with joy. All of you that asked to be remembered, were. After Fr. T blessed the Altar, everyone sat down to eat. Thank you St. Joseph for bringing us all together on your Feast Day.

The Season Of Lent

Here we are, having partied our way through Mardi Gras with Family and Friends, now reflecting on our prayer life and penances. It is Lent. Time to give up your favorite candy and/or pray more. Do a bit more spiritual reading. Learn more about our Catholic faith, a treasure trove of hope and standards for life. The Our Quest for Happiness theology series is an excellent resource for gaining complete knowledge of our faith.

I pray that all of us have a Lent that is reflective, patient, practicing some form of self-denial and gaining in our prayer time.
